Sia is a friend who has seen your bank statement, and helps you make sense of it.
There's no new app to download. Sia lives on WhatsApp. Send her your statement and she works out what every UPI payment was really for, and asks you a quick question when she isn't sure.
Ask her where your money went last month
,
how much went on autos
,
what all that chai added up to
,
or how to save for that trip with friends
.
She only talks about your own money, and every number she gives you is worked out from your records, never guessed.
We're testing Sia with a small group of people in India.

Sia is a money companion on WhatsApp, run by Sia Technologies, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). This section explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Your WhatsApp number and the messages you send to Sia.
Bank statements or transaction details that you choose to share with Sia.
Your answers to Sia's questions about your payments.
Your email address, if you sign up for the pilot on this website.
What we never ask for
Sia never asks for bank passwords, net banking logins, UPI PINs, OTPs or card numbers. If anyone claiming to be Sia asks for these, do not share them.
How we use it
Only to show you your own spending, answer your questions about it, help you save, and contact you about the pilot. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with lenders or advertisers.
Service providers
Messages reach us through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We use a small number of technology providers to run Sia, such as hosting, email and AI services. Before anything is sent to an AI service, we remove names, account numbers and phone numbers.
Your choices
You can stop using Sia at any time.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data by emailing us. We will delete it and confirm when it's done.
These terms apply when you use Sia, the WhatsApp service run by Sia Technologies, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By messaging Sia or signing up for the pilot, you agree to them.
What Sia is
Sia helps you understand your own spending using the information you choose to share. Sia is currently a pilot, so features may change, pause or stop, and you may see mistakes.
Not financial advice
Sia gives information about your own spending and general suggestions. It is not investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Sia does not move your money, make payments or access your bank account. Please check anything important yourself before acting on it.
Your responsibilities
Only share statements and information that belong to you.
Never share passwords, PINs, OTPs or card numbers with Sia.
Don't use Sia for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt or misuse the service.
Availability and liability
We provide Sia "as is" during the pilot and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on Sia's answers.
Ending use
You can stop using Sia at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
